Programmes Overview

RationalFX operate two online affiliate programmes; international money transfers and travel money.  Both of these operate and are tracked independently.  The international money transfer programme is also tracked via introductions and telephone referrals.

International Money Transfer Affiliates

RationalFX carries out hundreds of millions of pounds worth of international money transfers each year.  A significant proportion of these are personal clients with respect to overseas property and living overseas.  We also carry out very large volumes of business to business international transfers and payments.

We welcome applications from online affiliates who can provide moderate levels of conversions.  We have been operating our affiliate programme for 5 years now and frequently pay out monthly commission cheques worth hundreds and even thousands of pounds.

Introductions can be made online (via trackable affiliate links), on the phone (all telephone conversations are monitored and digitally recorded ) or by email. 

Note that not all transactions are conducted online – particularly with complex deals (e.g. stop/limit orders, forwards) and regular payments.  Our tracking procedures allow for this and all deals attributed to an introduced client, however the client deals, are attributed to the Affiliate.

Travel Money Affiliates

RationalFX have a travel money web site at www.rationalfx.com/travel-money.

We provide travel money delivered to the customer’s home at very competitive exchange rates.  Deliveries are made on the next week day for orders placed before 3pm.  Delivery is free on orders over £500 and only £4.95 when below.

Travel money is a low margin business, particularly at the rates we operate at.  So signing up as an Affiliate only makes sense if there is a reasonable volume of transactions expected.  Margins are by negotiation based on the traffic and positioning of the Affiliates web site(s).  Sites with less than 20,000 unique visits per month are unlikely to qualify.

This programme works well with travel and holiday web sites who want to monetise post-conversion exit traffic.
